REMINGTON RECREATIONAL WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT PUBLIC MEETING The Remington Recreational Water and Sewer District will hold a public meeting on December 16, 2020 at 6:30pm. The meeting will be held at the Athol Community Center (30355 3rd Street, Athol, Idaho) as well as virtually through GoTo Meeting. Please contact the District (208-449-8635) to obtain the virtual meeting login and call-in number. The purpose of the public meeting is to present recommendations for improvements from the Remington Water System Facility Plan. The meeting will present the water system deficiencies, proposed improvements, discuss the associated environmental impacts, funding options, and potential financial impact to the District's water users, as well as solicit verbal and written comments regarding the plan. Written comments will be accepted by the Board from December 16, 2020 to January 15, 2021. A copy of the facility plan will be available for public review at Welch Comer Engineer's office (330 E Lakeside Ave, Suite 101, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho) during normal business hours or online through the District's website (rwdonline.org). After considering and addressing comments, the Board will determine whether or not to implement improvements and document the decision at their Board meeting scheduled for January 20, 2021 at 6:30pm.
