Notice of Public Hearing & Comment Period Amendment to 2020-2024 Five-Year Consolidated Plan for Idaho's Federal Affordable Housing and Community Development Programs The State of Idaho is seeking public comment on amendments to the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and 2020 Action Plan. The amendments will address the needs in response to the coronavirus that are eligible for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) CARES Act funding and The Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) CARES Act funding.
