Notable calls for the day!

Day Shift handled the following notable calls:

• A Traffic Deputy was advised the suspect from yesterday’s injury crash at Government and Prairie was involved in another crash last night after leaving the hospital. Today at approx. 1230 hours, Officers were called to the area of McDonald’s Restaurant (U.S. 95 X Hanley Ave.) for yet another crash/DUI with the male. The Traffic Deputy responded to the PSB and arrested the male for Felony Aggravated DUI from yesterday’s crash. #20-33388, #20-33434.

• Units began responding toward the CDA Airport for a possible Aircraft incident. Central received word from the Spokane Tower that a four seater “prop plane” was possibly going to be making an emergency landing there. The aircraft landed without incident, and units canceled. #20-33543

• Deputies responded to the Lake Drive Motel; 316 E. Coeur d’Alene Lake Drive reference a report of a Citizen Dispute. It was reported an older male was trying to start fights with people at the location. The male was trespassed from the hotel. #20-33538

Evening Shift handled the following notable calls:

• Deputies took a minor injury crash at the intersection of Ramsey Rd. and Diagonal Rd.

• Deputies assisted Detectives in locating a male who is an RSO and failed to register in July. The male was located and interviewed and was ultimately arrested for failing to register. Once at the jail, methamphetamine was located on his person and he was arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.

Night Shift handled the following notable calls:

• Deputies took an injury crash on Nettleton Gulch where a 17-year-old male rolled his van coming down the drive of the trailhead and then drove it home because he didn’t know where he was. The male was transported to KH for his injuries. The crash location was verified by the debris field. 20-33622
