Kootenai County Vandal Boosters

slated to meet today

COEUR d’ALENE — The Kootenai County Vandal Boosters are scheduled to meet today from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Boardroom 6 on the 7th floor at The Coeur d’Alene Resort.

The boardroom can be accessed by either elevator. If attendants go past Beverly’s, down the hall and the room will be on your left.

Langham tied for sixth

at Washington Men’s Amateur

UNIVERSITY PLACE, Wash. — Former North Idaho College and current University of Idaho golfer Sean Langham shot a even-par 72 and is now tied for sixth place (70-72—142) after the second day of stroke play at the Washington men’s Amateur on Wednesday at Chambers Bay.

Former Post Falls High standout Joseph Glenn, shot a 1-under 71 and moved into 17th place (74-71—145).

Sean Kato of Redmond, Wash., leads by five shots (65-69—134).

Tony Hanna of Rathdrum, the former Coeur d’Alene and Timberlake High boys basketball coach, shot a 76 in the second round, but missed the cut (80-76—156).

The tournament concludes today.
