‘Mask burning’ planned outside PHD

People who oppose the mask mandate for Kootenai County recently approved by the Panhandle Health District board of trustees are planning a demonstration today.

The group has scheduled a “mask burning” barbecue at 11 a.m. at the PHD main office, 8500 Atlas Road.

“Please invite anyone who may be interested we need a large crowd to show up,” said a Facebook post.
