CITY OF POST FALLS Kootenai County, Idaho City Streets Rehabilitation Bay Street Sealed Bids will be received by the City Clerk, 408 N. Spokane, Post Falls, ID, on or before the August 19, 2020, until the hour of 2:00 p.m., local time, for the City Streets Rehabilitation - Bay Street Project. Bids will be opened in Council Chambers at Post Falls City Hall. Anyone may attend. A concise statement on the outside of the envelope should identify the project to which the bid pertains. The City of Post Falls intends to reconstruct the asphalt surface of Bay Street Between 3rd Street and Seltice Way. The project also includes ped ramp reconstruction and a small quantity of sidewalk installation. It is the intent of these documents to describe the work required to complete this project in sufficient detail to secure comparable bids. All parts of work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State and Federal requirement. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING "NEW FEE & FEE INCREASE" The Rathdrum City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at Rathdrum City Hall, 8047 W. Main Street, Rathdrum, Idaho. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment and testimony regarding the City of Rathdrum proposed new fees and fees increases over 5%. The subject fee increases and new fees relate to Administration, Building Department, Engineering Department, Parks and Recreation, Planning and Public Works. To see a list of the proposed new fees and fee increase over 5% go to the City's website at www.rathdrum.org/fees.
