The land within the City's Shared Tier Area of City Impact (ACI) has not been previously identified with potential land uses by the City of Rathdrum. This update will provide land use as "Transformational" for property currently zoned "Agricultural" by Kootenai County which is proposed to be annexed into the City and "Light Industrial" for property owned by the City previously annexed.
