NOVEMBER: Remember this, voters

| April 29, 2020 1:00 AM

Dear Editor and all who love America:

Recently, we observed the huge number of people aspiring to be nominated for the presidency. Many of us watched in disbelief as all Democrats except one or two tried to outdo each other in displaying their dislike of America, and championing socialism. Almost all of them prefer socialism, slavery to the government, and the abolition of rights to the freedoms guaranteed to us by our Constitution. Most of them agreed with the desecration of our moral code, and demanded that our current president be impeached! For three and a half years, Congress devoted its time, energy and our money to achieve this goal.

Now, the Chinese have spawned and exported to all the world one of the worst diseases in modern history. All countries are required to notify the WHO within 24 hours of a new virus; instead, China hid the coronavirus for two months until it no longer could. No country or economy has escaped.

These socialists, including AOC and her devotees, want to destroy the economy of the U.S. and move back to a horse-and-buggy economy. They must be rejoicing, because the virus has done the job for them in a matter of weeks! If you witness what is going on around you in this country, you have seen a glimpse of what socialism would do to us.

Our destiny for the remainder of our lives is in our hands. Will we vote for tyranny and slavery or freedom and liberty? The only concern should be what kind of country we want to pass on to the generations who will follow us.

Every voter will be making that decision this November.

GEORGE W. RODKEY, MD
