OHIO MATCH ROAD WATER DISTRICT NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE OHIO MATCH ROAD WATER WELL Qualifications will be received at the Ohio Match Road Water District, P.O. Box 523 Hayden, ID, 83835, by 4:00 pm on May 8, for professional engineering services for the Ohio Match Road Water District Water Well Project. The Ohio Match Road Water District (the District) is requesting qualifications for engineering services to develop a new rural water well. The selected consultant will be expected to perform site and facility evaluation, and to design and specify a production well on a site to be selected. The well will be expected, at this time, to produce 220-250 gallons per minute, with exact discharge rate to be determined though discussions with the Consultant. The well should be modeled on other wells in similar rural water districts. Three (3) hard copies and one (1) electronic PDF or USB copy of the completed RFQ must be received by the Secretary/Treasurer of the Water District prior to 4:00 p.m. PST on May 8, 2020. Responses shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to: Ohio Match Road Water District, Attn: Kris Mazzuca, Secretary/Treasurer, P.O. Box 523, Hayden, ID. 83835, and should be labeled: "Ohio Match Road Water District, for professional engineering services for the Ohio Match Road Water Well."
