Office, warehouse under construction in Hayden
Two buildings, including an office complex and a 10,000-square-foot warehouse, are being built by H.D. Fowler Co. on 5 acres at 2602 W. Hayden Ave. between Ramsey and Atlas roads. The property is for outdoor storage.
The company will move in September from 1841 W. Hayden, where the 12 employees are sellers and distributors of waterworks and irrigation, pump and wastewater equipment and mechanical products. Hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.
H.D. Fowler started more than 100 years ago and is in its fourth generation of ownership by the Fowler family, headquartered in Bellevue, Wash., with Jed Fowler as president. It has 22 branches and distribution centers in the Northwest and Hawaii.

Oldtown Pawn Shop sells used vehicles
Using the name the company began with long ago, Oldtown Pawn Shop is in a new location at 5645 Government Way selling vehicles.
The company began 25 years ago in Oldtown (west of Sandpoint) and expanded to Post Falls and recently to its Coeur d’Alene location. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and by appointment.

Crumbl cookie delivery opening near Costco
Offering a gourmet cookie delivery service and storefront, Crumbl Cookies will open soon at 3524 Government Way.
Headed here by Laken Hemsley, staff members mix, bake and prepare cookies fresh in an open kitchen from carefully selected ingredients. Four specialty cookies are prepared each week with the favorites of warm chocolate chip and chilled sugar cookies. Others include Muddy Buddy, Biscoff Lava, Funfetti, Snickerdoodle, Coconut Lime, Chocolate Caramel, Cranberry Vanilla, Nutella Sea Salt, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Rocky Road, S’mores and Orange Creamsickile.
