• Deputies responded to E. Sleepy Lane for a trespassing/unwanted. RP stated a female was on scene refusing to leave after being released from jail, and is lying in bed drinking and smoking weed. The R/P had in fact invited the female to the residence, and only called us after letting her stay there almost a week. 20-13596

• Deputies began responding to E. Wilbur Ave. for a male who was reported as unresponsive found slumped over in a chair. An update was that CPR was in progress. Fire/EMS requested Law responded, however as the Deputies were responding, Fire/EMS advised they would be transporting and we could disregard as the male was transported to KH. 20-13599

• Deputies responded to W. Prairie Ave. for a reported Family Dispute. It was reported an argument ensued over a “stimulus check” received by the parents there. It was reported that the adult son pulled out a knife during the argument, but Deputies on scene advised this was unfounded and no crime was committed. 20-13620

• Deputies responded to a domestic dispute in Athol in which a female said her husband got angry with her about her walking around town. She said her doctor told her to take walks to help lower her blood pressure, but he was upset because he believed she was walking around town visiting friends and could bring the Coronavirus into their home and he had pre-existing conditions. During the argument the female said her husband raised a glass in a threatening manner as if he was going to throw it at her. She left and went to her brother’s residence. The male was charged for domestic assault. 20-13659

• Deputies responded to a welfare check on Boot Hill Road. A male had made several recent suicidal comments and tonight he was in the shop and his girlfriend witnessed him with a handgun. The male was upset in part over being laid off due to the Coronavirus and Governor’s Order shut-down, among other things. Deputies took the male to KH for treatment. 20-13671

• Deputies responded to the intersection of Mt. Carrol and Hanley Avenue for a report of a hit and run crash where a vehicle had struck two clusters of trees, a guide wire for an electrical pole, and an electrical box. He then fled the scene. Due to the license plate falling off, as well as the prominent trail of fluids leaking from the vehicle, the deputies were able to locate the vehicle and the driver on Audubon Drive. The driver was charged DUI (.093/.100) and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. 20-13674

• Deputies responded to S Silver Beach Loop for a report of a physical domestic between a male and female. While enroute the Deputies were advised that the male had active warrants out of Kootenai County. On scene they learned that the female and male were in an argument which resulted in male striking female. When they attempted to contact the male, he was nowhere to be found, however, a door inside the residence was found to be locked from the inside. After several minutes and threats of additional charges, the male finally came out of the room and was taken into custody on his warrants. He was also charged for domestic battery and obstructing. 20-13684

• A Deputy observed two vehicles racing in an excess of 100 mph at Seltice and Beck. He was able to stop one vehicles but the other vehicle sped off at high rates of speed. Several units responded to the area, but were unable to locate it. The driver of the vehicle that was stopped was cited and released for reckless driving and no proof of insurance. 20-13695

• A Deputy stopped a vehicle on Government Way X Prairie Ave. He made contact with the occupants of the vehicle, who initially gave a false name. The odor of marijuana emanated from the vehicle as well and there was paraphernalia and loose pills in plain view. One of the occupants had two warrants out of Kootenai County, which he was arrested on. Several items of paraphernalia and pills outside a prescription container were located throughout the vehicle. Charges are pending based on the results of the pills from the state lab. 20-13699

• A Deputy stopped a vehicle at Seltice Way and Pleasant View Rd. Odor of marijuana was emanating from the vehicle. Marijuana and paraphernalia were located in the vehicle and driver was cited and released for PCS marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. 20-13717

• Deputies responded to the area of 15th Ave. X .Timber Ln to assist CDAPD in locating subjects who were observed attempting to enter vehicles. Ultimately, all individuals were located and arrested for their related crimes by CDAPD. 20-13718
