• Deputies responded to W. Hudlow Drive for a trespassing/unwanted. While en-route, deputies were informed the R/P heard an infant in his house along with a male and female and they are blocking his windows with tinfoil. Deputies responded and cleared the residence with no sign of anyone being inside. It appears the R/P is suffering from some type of mental health issues. Deputies completed detailed call notes. 20-13381
• Deputies responded to Boekel Rd X Highway 95 for non-injury rear end crash. Deputies completed crash report 20-13397
• Deputies handled a suspicious at Reed Rd X Wyoming Ave. A vehicle was reported in the area that was “Casing.” The vehicle contained transients that appeared to be living in the car. FI completed. 20-13370
• Deputies handed a suspicious vehicle/person near S. Rainbow Road. Central Dispatch was able to locate a recent call in which the vehicle was contacted by deputies and the male uses that location for cell phone signal. 20-13362
• A Deputy initiated a traffic stop at Lancaster X HWY 95. During the stop, the driver exhibited signs of impairment. SFST’s were conducted on the roadside and was subsequently arrested for DUI alcohol. Breath tests were .212/.207. 20-13429
• Deputies were assisting CDAPD by scouring the county looking for a stolen purple 2 door Hyundai car that was stolen known male that was reported to CDAPD earlier in the evening. During the hunt, many officers and deputies called the male who eventually answered. He told Deputies that he was at McDonald’s on Appleway. CDAPD was notified and deputies and officers located the male in the car. CDAPD continued their investigation and ultimately arrested the male.
• Several deputies responded to the neighborhood area of Dalton west of Ramsey to assist CDAPD after a CDAPD unit saw several juvenile males breaking into cars. Several of them ran but several were caught by CDAPD and identified their accomplices. CDAPD continued their investigations as deputies checked the area.
• A Deputy located a vehicle that was stopped in the road on Hauser Lake Rd x Highway 53 occupied by a male and two females. The male was intoxicated and the females left in another vehicle and left the male on scene alone since they were not comfortable being with him. The vehicle was apparently out of gas and the driver said he was having someone come and help him. 20-13476
• Concerned that the driver would refuel the car and drive away, a Deputy stayed in the area and watched. He observed the male removed a concealed weapon from the car and fired it towards a building and over a roadway. He then started walking northbound on Hauser Lake Rd. He was eventually contacted and taken into custody in the middle of the road. Paraphernalia was located on him and the weapon and marijuana were located in the car. He was charged with multiple weapons charges and mara/para and intox in a roadway. 20-13478
