Miller, a junior, beat Jett Miller of Centennial High by a 10-0 decision in the 152-pound championship match of the state 5A wrestling tournament on Feb. 29 at the Ford Idaho Center in Nampa. “He hasn’t been wrestling forever, and there was a span where he didn’t wrestle and then started again in middle school,” Post Falls coach Pete Reardon said. “But his work ethic has bridged that gap. He’s a testament to if you put in the work, good things are going to happen.”
