• Deputies handled a citizen complaint in which the RP said Capones (Hayden) had too many vehicles to be conducting carry-out only. The RP reported that she had witnessed 4 people enter the establishment. Deputies responded and observed chairs were on top of the tables and did not see any signs of being open for dine in. 20-12640
• Deputies responded to Hayden Walmart for a child neglect complaint. A 6 year old and 2 year old were left unattended in a vehicle while their grandmother was shopping in Walmart. The grandmother said she left them in the vehicle due to not wanting them to catch COVID-19. 20-12627
• Rec. Safety Deputies assisted Sunset Towing on a welfare check of a vehicle stuck in the snow at FSR 434 x FSR 612. The occupants of the vehicle had walked out the night before and were not stranded, and only called the tow truck to assist with the removal of the vehicle. 20-12632
• CSO responded to Lyle Loop for a report of a theft. It was learned that over the past several weeks an unknown person had been slowly stealing items from the location that was under construction. Several reports were taken.
• A Deputy responded to Hwy 53 and Hauser Lake Road for a two vehicle non-injury crash. An impact report was completed. 20-12646
• Deputies responded to N Hauser Lake Road for a suspicious. the RP learned that the owner of the residence may have shot a dog, leaving it injured, but not dead. Animal Control also responded and learned that dog owner had shot her dog with the intention of euthanizing it after it repeatedly attacking her livestock. Her first attempt only wounded the dog, and it ran to an area that she was unable to safely shoot it again. When units arrived she became scared and hid inside. She finally agreed to explain what happened and was assisted in catching the dog so she could put it down correctly. 20-12664
• Deputies were following up with a report that the Captains Wheel Bar in Bayview was open and serving drinks in violation of Governor Little’s stay-at-home order. It was confirmed the bar was in fact open and was currently serving patrons. Deputies responded where they contacted the owner. She claimed to have not understood the order, and thought she was allowed to serve drinks while patrons awaited their food order for take-out. The clearly defined rules were again explained to owner and she was warned to follow the order. Report taken. 20-12663
• Deputies responded to an address on Prairie Avenue for an injury accident. It was reported that a 79 year old female was attempting to jump her four-wheeler on an X-Games style dirt track. She rolled her ATV and suffered a possible broken wrist. She was transported by medical. 20-12674
• Deputies responded to E. Nunn Rd. for a trespassing. There is a residence we go to often to deal with the family. This time the grandmother called in to have her granddaughter trespassed from the property and while on scene it appeared granddaughter was under the influence of something because she was not making sense. After a lengthy conversation with all parties at the scene it was decided to do a citizen’s arrest on granddaughter for assault on another roommate. Deputies facilitated the paperwork and transported her to KCPSB. 20-12697
