TRUMP: Haters on parade

I’ve come to a simple but seemingly obvious realization during the COVID-19 virus. Trump haters love to hate. I know I should have seen it earlier, but it’s finally become crystal clear. No matter what Trump does, his haters will tell you it’s wrong.

Trump was working with Russia, but the three-year investigation said he wasn’t. Trump was going to start World War III, but his talks with North Korea didn’t start a war. Trump used Quid Pro Quo, but really it was just a goofy phone call. Of course, we’ve all been told Trump is a racist — how dare he want to stop illegal entry into the U.S.

But now that there’s a pandemic, well maybe it’s not such a bad idea. But he stopped China from entering, how racist, and he won’t follow the experts, or he’s only concerned about the economy and on and on. Except stopping China’s entry was a smart move, he’s followed the experts’ advice and said his top concern is people’s lives over the economy.

Still it doesn’t stop. The other day I read a letter to the editor: Mr. President, Please stop speaking at press conferences. Are you kidding me? Those crazy haters, hate anything he does. I don’t know why it took so long for me to finally see this simple truth, but Trump haters truly love to hate. Hopefully, others see the haters for what they are — did I say crazy.
