• Deputies were in the area of Roger’s Burgers (Hayden) when they observed the subject vehicle of an Agency Assist for Post Falls reference a possible welfare check; the male was contacted and then released to his parents. 20-12031
• From yesterday’s call at Super 1 in Hayden, according to the report, suspect gave false information during the time of contact and arrest. Apparently, he was still having memory issues while at PSB, because he provided his twin brother’s information to the booking Deputy. Paperwork was corrected to reflect the correct name. 20-12026
• Deputies responded to E Cozy Acres for a domestic dispute. On scene they contacted a female who was highly intoxicated. She was upset that her adult daughter was leaving the house breaking the stay-at-home order and did not want her to be there. In her rage she through a television at her daughter. Her daughter did not want to pursue charges, but wanted to gather her things to safely leave the residence. While the deputies were attempting to facilitate her daughter leaving, the mother was told to wait outside while she gathered her things to keep things from escalating again. She refused to follow orders and sprinted back inside the residence where her daughter was. Deputies took chase and detained her. She was then arrested for obstructing. 20-12099
• Deputies responded to S Weller Road for a welfare check after on a male had called his parents in California needing help due to not feeling well. Upon arrival they found the male to have injuries to his face after he fell in the shower. He claimed to have been sick, but showed no symptoms. He was transported by medical due to the injuries to his face. 20-12101
• Deputies responded to N Kayla Ct for a battery. Two subjects got into an argument and a battery occurred. No one wanted to pursue charges. 20-12102
• Deputies took a runaway report from N Oak St. A juvenile male left the residence without permission. He was located a little while later by Deputies. He was transported back home and a released to his parents. 20-12107
• Deputies responded to N Snowberry St. for a welfare check. The R/P called into advise her friend, had texted her he wanted to possibly harm himself. Deputies were able to make contact with male and ultimately took him to KH for treatment. 20-12115
• Deputies responded to a traffic offense that occurred at Higgins Point. 17YO male called 911 to advise he was being chased by an unknown males in a blue passenger car. CDAPD was able to locate the suspect vehicle in the area of Sherman X I-90. Though initially, no party was honest with what happened, it was determined that a total of 3 vehicles left a house party and met up at Higgins Point. The juvenile male arrived, he was attacked by another male, who shocked him with a stun gun. After trying to flee the scene, he was pursued until losing them at the Sherman exit. The victim was not forthcoming with information out of fear. The suspect was arrested for Aggravated battery. 20-12118
