IMPEACHMENT: Don't go there, Dems

An old adage goes, “If you ignore the lessons of history, you are doomed to repeat it.”

Nancy Pelosi understands this.

1. George McGovern lost in a landslide in 1972 to an unpopular president, Richard Nixon, because of McGovern’s far-left agenda.

2. Impeachment is a non-starter. Bill Clinton was impeached by the House, but it backfired against the Republicans and he remained in office.

The further the Democrats move to the left and the more they push for impeachment, the more likely it is that Donald Trump will get a second term.
