Migliore Olive Oil opens at 512 Sherman

Offering more than 40 varieties of extra virgin olive oil, Migliore Olive Oil has opened at 512 E. Sherman Ave.

Owner Debbie Pruneri McKeown has more than 20 balsamic vinegars, jalapeno pomegranate and fig jams, pastas, Canadian mustard, local honey and handcrafted totes and towels and gift items. They make custom baskets and offer olive oil classes and a tasting room.

“Migliore” means “the best” in Italian.

Latitude Aviation opens at CdA Airport

Aircraft maintenance services are offered at Latitude Aviation starting this past week from its hangar at Coeur d’Alene airport (Cessna Avenue at Pappy Boyington Field).

Services include annual inspections, oil changes, callout and rescue services and upgrades on single- and multi-engine, piston-driven airplanes.

“People already know us for learning to fly, and we’re excited to offer maintenance to our students and other pilots,” said Jeff Fouche, co-owner and chief flight instructor.
