COEUR d’ALENE — Lake City’s boys and girls swept 5A Regional team titles on Wednesday at the Kroc Center.
In 5A, the top three individuals and two relays advance to the state meet on Nov. 8-9 at the West Valley YMCA in Boise.
Wild-card berths will go to the fastest three times statewide in each event.
Moscow’s boys and Sandpoint’s girls claimed team titles in the 4A meet, with the top two finishers and winning relays advancing to state. Wild-card berths are also available for the top three times statewide.
