- Deck the Halls tree viewing and live music events at Garden Plaza are taking place today and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. The silent auction and appetizer gala will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. All proceeds will go to One More Time, which grants bucket list wishes for seniors of North Idaho. Tickets are $25 on eventbrite.com.

- Friendly reminder: property taxes are due Dec. 20, at least the first half is. The remainder is due by June 20. The county has been fielding quite a few calls with questions since the notices went out Nov. 4. Here are some common ones with a link to answers.
