Lopez, a freshman at 125 pounds, went 6-0 last weekend in duals against Clackamas, Northwest, Highline, Umpqua, Corban and Simon Fraser, improving his record on the season to 10-0. “He’s done a great job this year,” NIC coach Mike Sebaaly said. “He’s tough, and when he gets into a bad situation, he trusts his training and conditioning that when he falls behind, he can come back and win his matches.”
