| November 24, 2019 12:00 AM

POST FALLS — Lexi Heath scored 23 points and Dylan Lovett added 21 points for the Post Falls Trojans in a 74-36 win over the Sandpoint Bulldogs in a nonleague game at The Arena on Saturday.

Post Falls (2-0) had assists on 20 of 28 field goals, finishing 11 of 15 from beyond the 3-point line.

“We just shared the ball really well,” Post Falls coach Marc Allert said. “We forced 25 turnovers, had six, and just did a great job offensively. Dylan and Lexi hit 3-pointers early in the game and everyone got some confidence. It was a total team effort and everyone got into the flow and played well.”

Lovett had six assists and five rebounds for Post Falls (2-0), which travels to Chiawana of Pasco on Dec. 3.

Kelsey Cessna scored 11 points for Sandpoint (1-2), which travels to Lake City on Dec. 3.

“We were pretty stagnant to start with our offense,” Sandpoint coach Will Love said. “And so that coupled with Post Falls just shooting the lights out put us in an early hole and Post Falls never stopped shooting well.”
