TRUMP: Careful with comparisons

| November 22, 2019 12:00 AM

The audacity to compare Trump to Jesus on the cross is beyond comprehension. Trump is the antithesis of a fisherman to the masses. He is a Modern Pharisee, all about tearing asunder and cashing in.

When his tweets put a bull’s-eye and death threats upon men and women who have been elected or held high profile roles in government for decades, then he needs to be called out for the bully he is. He has viciously attacked too many upstanding Americans. His tactics are just ugly and vile; the complete opposite of a humble prophet who died on the cross for our sins.

I have no sympathy nor can I say he is being crucified unfairly. He gives as good as he gets and the media is his megaphone. His scorched earth WWF tricks via Twitter have destroyed careers and livelihoods. He revels in his destructive power.

He has poisoned the well and America has been forced to drink the water. Everything is a DEAL to him, so he buys his votes. The Christians get anti-abortion, the wealthy get “huge” tax breaks, white supremacists get a whiter America by choking off ALL immigration. Pay to play is his modus operandi and all kinds of quid pro quo. He has summoned the worst from the depths of America.

Apply WWJD analysis to anything Trump touches and his behavior cannot pass the sniff test.

He is not comparative to Jesus in any way, on or off the cross.

He is a Judas who turns on the best and trades them for coins to line his coffers.
