LAKELAND: A great investment

This coming Tuesday, we have the opportunity to continue the excellent educational programs provided to our children by the Lakeland School District.

Our family has lived in the district for nearly 28 years. All three of our children are Lakeland graduates. They are now successful adults who can attribute a good portion of their success to the K-12 education they received here.

This levy will help to continue the solid educational programs that are currently in place without raising taxes from current levels!

All day kindergarten, Advanced Learning Program — science and technology, and upgraded security measures are a few of those fairly new and successful programs that will continue. Additional security personnel will also be added to insure the safety of our children.

Voting Yes will help Lakeland School District to continue to provide the programs and activities that will help our children gain a great foundation in the quest toward becoming successful and caring adults.

I encourage you to vote Yes for Lakeland kids this coming Tuesday!
