Monday — Sliced roast beef, brown rice, salad greens, and fresh fruit, dessert

Tuesday — Beef cheeseburger, french fried potatoes, coleslaw, mixed grains, dessert

Wednesday — Roasted turkey, parsley potatoes, sweet carrots, grain salad, dessert

Friday — Baked cod with lemon and herbs, roasted potatoes, corn and peas, fresh fruit, dessert

Hayden Senior Center

Tuesday — Bagel breakfast with cream cheese, ham, tomatoes and onions, fresh berries, sherbet, milk and juice

Thursday — Guest chef

Post Falls Senior Center

- Transportation is available. RSVP by calling the senior center at 208-773-9582.

Monday — Barbecue pork sandwich, baked beans, cornbread, salad, dessert, juice and coffee

Wednesday — Chicken cacciatore, pasta, veggies, salad, garlic bread, dessert, juice and coffee

Friday — Beef stew, salad greens, applesauce, roll, dessert, juice and coffee

Spirit Lake Senior Center

- (Dinner served at 5 p.m.)

Monday — Hot open-faced turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes with gravy, veggie, salad, dessert

Wednesday — Salisbury steak, baked potato, veggie, salad, dessert

Friday — Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, hash browns, French toast, fruit, juice, milk, coffee and tea (breakfast served from 8-10 a.m.)
