Marilyn Carter, 93, packed three lifetimes into one. She was a mother of four, grandmother of seven and a great-grandmother of 13.

She began her world travels at the age of 17, biking from Montana to Canada to catch a ferry to Alaska. From there, she became a respected writer of Alaskan Lure, fishing and her world travels, which included a three-month hunting safari in Africa, before going on to Russia, Egypt, Australia, New Zealand, China, England, Ireland and all points in-between. Her keen intellect and her zest for life will be missed.
