Trengove, a senior, won the state 5A high jump title on May 18 at Eagle High School with a personal best jump of 6 feet, 8 inches. “I was just happy to end up first in high jump two years in a row because that is my favorite event,” said Trengove, who also finished third in the triple jump with 45-1 1/2. “That is the one that go me into doing track. It’s pretty emotional. Earlier today, I was like, ‘wow, this is the last two times I am jumping ever.’”
