Belle's Brunch House opening this week

Offering a breakfast-lunch menu 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, Belle’s Brunch House will open this week in Suite A at 324 W. Lancaster Road (just west of U.S. 95).

With favorite items from its sister cafe of Chompers on Prairie Avenue, the menu includes house-sausage gravy, scratch Belgian waffles, cinnamon rolls, half-pound fresh beef burgers, corned beef, bone-in steak and eggs, in-house smoked salmon-cake Benedicts, crepes, buttermilk pancakes, beer and wine.

Owner Sarah Baker said the place seats 58 inside with booths and a breakfast bar, 20 at an outdoor patio, a private dining room for 40, take-out, catering and a kids menu. Check www.bellesbrunch.com.

A Chops commercial butcher shop will be attached to the kitchen with Baker, Doug Hanna and Nick Isenberg. They will cater. Check www.chopsmeats.com.

Sylvano’s Pet Studio

on East Sherman

Grooming dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes, Sylvano’s Pet Studio is at 1522 E. Sherman Ave.

Construction starts

for new Pearl Realty

A two-story office building is under construction for Pearl Realty at 9493 N. Government Way in Hayden. With completion anticipated in November, Pearl will move from within Hayden Center at 9235 N. Government Way.

Joel Pearl, broker and owner, and his wife, Karen, selected Ginno Construction and d’Zign Group Architecture for the place that will include private offices, two large conference rooms, meeting spaces, a kitchen with an eat-in island, a roll-up garage door to an outdoor living space and a large family-friendly backyard park.

- A new place for bankcda (no caps) will be in Post Falls.

- Coeur d’Alene Vision Source is building a new place at 3879 N. Schreiber Way.

- Watch for a new eatery in the former Syringa location.

- Staybridge Suites hotel is under construction in Riverstone. A Marriott Fairfield Inn is planned for nearby on Ironwood.

- A new building for Idaho Central Credit Union is under construction at 1327 W. Appleway.

- Bi-Mart will open a new store in the former Stein’s Family Foods building at 16102 N. Highway 41 in Rathdrum.

- Sawmill Grill will open on Spokane Street in Post Falls.
