non-conference football games
Game times for Eastern Washington University’s first four football games of the 2019 season have been announced, and all will start at noon or 1 p.m. Pacific time.
Eastern opens the season at the University of Washington in a game which will be televised live on the Pac-12 Networks at noon on Aug. 31. The Eagles then host Lindenwood in their home opener on Sept. 7, with kickoff scheduled for 1:05 p.m.
The next two games are on the road, including a 1 p.m. Pacific time start (3 p.m. Central time) at Jacksonville State in Alabama on Sept. 14. Eastern’s non-conference schedule concludes at Idaho on Sept. 21 in a game that begins at noon and televised by Root Sports.
Game times for EWU’s eight Big Sky Conference games will be announced soon, pending the finalization of times of Root Sports television schedules. Eastern will have three games broadcast on Root — the Idaho game on Sept. 21, Northern Colorado at home on Oct. 12 and a road contest at Montana on Oct. 26.
