FAR LEFT: Two issues promising disaster
After the last debate, I’m surprised no one has dared tread the opinion threshold of what these candidates are proposing for us the American public. Well here we go.
There are two glaring takeaways you can look at: Medicare for all and open borders. These two items among the other “issues” they think will make our lives better, will be the ruination of the U.S.
First and foremost, who is going to pay for all these things that will be “free” and once in play? Bernie has already said your taxes will go up, and I’m sure the other candidates will be following up with platitudes about how all of this will make us better off, as the savings in health care will make up the difference in higher taxes. That sounds really swell; I can’t wait. They even went to the extreme of wanting to decriminalize the act of coming across the border illegally.
When we have opened the borders to the world, then what happens? After all, it is Medicare for all. I could go on about the many scenarios of the implications of “Open Borders,” but if the reader doesn’t understand why allowing countless people pouring over our borders to take advantage of our many “free” programs Bernie and his comrades have promoted, then putting them in print is folly.
Think of Europe and what they are going through with their liberal immigration policies. Bernie and his cohorts think the country is ready for a “revolution,” thus selling us that socialism is good and the Trump capitalistic way is evil. Tax the rich — how cutting edge. They are trying to take over and influence us by the socialistic left’s ideals of a few. They have come out of the shadows to proudly announce who they are and readily put their hands up for anyone coming across the border illegally.
We are being marketed a chaotic mess and a socialist dystopia for the good of mankind. Yes, President Trump is no saint, and yet despite all of his very public shortcomings, he continually promotes America for the good of America. The left lately has not! And from the sounds of it, they aren’t going to anytime soon.
