American Legion celebrates 101 years

The John R. Bloomquist Post 69, American Legion in Plummer, Idaho will host the 101st Department Convention of the American Legion, Department of Idaho from July 10 to 14 at the Coeur d’Alene Tribal Casino in Worley. Brett P. Reistad, National Commander of the American Legion, will attend the convention.

Approximately 200 members of the American Legion family — including the American Legion, Legion Auxiliary, Sons of the American Legion and the Legion Riders — are also expected to attend.
