BIDEN: Just too old to run

| July 5, 2019 1:00 AM

Let’s walk with Joe Biden as he leads Democrat contenders to replace Trump in 2020. His outward, physical affection in greeting the opposite sex is over the top in my opinion. His supporters are heard to say “Oh, that’s just Joe.” You decide!

Joe has been in politics for a very long, long time. Maybe too long — he’s old — acts old, walks old, and if he becomes president, he’ll be as old as the hills by the end of his first and final term in office. Yeah, I know — Trump is old also — but he gets along fine on about four hours of sleep and has a half day’s work in by the time Biden figures out which day it is. And if Biden follows in the footsteps of his old boss, I would suspect that a 10 a.m. wake-up call would be the order of the day.

I’m trying to think of some good thing (actually anything besides plagiarizing!) Joe has done during his 50 or 60 years in political life? Would you believe — I’m still thinking! Also, he changes his mind so often you can’t tell if he’s coming or going. I do have suggestions for him: How about four-year term limits for EVERY Congress person (then they wouldn’t have to spend 80% of their term trying to get re-elected); NO lifetime pension/healthcare (they could get real jobs like the rest of us and see how much fun it is to balance a checkbook that DOES have a debt ceiling).

Run, Joe, run (if you can!)
