CITY OF COEUR d'ALENE WATER DEPARTMENT NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE HUETTER WATER WELL Proposals will be received at the City Clerk's Office, 710 E. Mullan Avenue, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, by 4:00 pm on January 29, 2019, for professional engineering services for the Huetter Water Well project. The Water Department is requesting proposals for engineering services to develop a new municipal water well. The Consultant will be expected to design and specify a production well on this site. The well will be expected, at this time, to produce 4,000 gallons per minute. Exact discharge rate to be determined though discussions with the Consultant. The well should be modeled on other wells in the system. Three (3) hard copies and one (1) CD or USB copy of the completed RFQ must be received by the City Clerk prior to 4:00 p.m. PST on January 29, 2019. Responses shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to: City of Coeur d'Alene, Attn: Renata McLeod, City Clerk, 710 E.
