COEUR d’ALENE — Tori Younker’s 3-pointer at the buzzer capped a wild final few seconds as the Coeur d’Alene Vikings beat the Post Falls 50-48 in 5A Inland Empire League basketball Tuesday at Viking Court.

Just before that, Jayda Johnson of Post Falls made a 3 with eight seconds left to put the Trojans up by one.

“What a game,” Coeur d’Alene assistant coach Nicole Symons said. “We came out really tight and missed a lot of great shots in the first quarter. After halftime we picked up the pressure and started to relax and make a few shots.”
