NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SUBDIVISION REQUEST NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Hayden Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at Hayden City Hall Council Chambers, 8930 N. Government Way, Idaho, to consider Case No. SUB 0027, Hayden North Development LLC, is requesting the approval of a residential major subdivision to be known as Hayden North 2nd Addition to be located north of West Lancaster Avenue, south of West Bentz Road and west of North Vernon J Baker Boulevard. The property is the remainder of the Hayden Village Planned Unit Development and approximately 19.5 acres. The Hayden North 2nd Addition request affects 72 lots. As a part of this phase a sewer lift station is proposed on the northeast corner of the subject site. The subject site is currently vacant.
