PLOWS: A little help, please

| January 6, 2019 12:00 AM

A week or so ago my son came over to help plow the driveway, sidewalks mailbox and parking area. As we were finishing, here come three city snowplows doing about 40 to 45 mph, throwing rocks and snow everywhere — sidewalks, mailbox and on my son’s car in the driveway. It was a mess.

This was uncalled for. They could have at least slowed down. It took him at least another 45 minutes to clean up the mess they made.

I know they saw us standing there but that did not slow them down one bit. This seems to happen quite frequently and I am sure it is happening to others.

We appreciate all they do but come on guys, think of us a little bit.
