TRUMP: Two-year evaluation

As we begin the new year, I wonder if America is great again as promised by our President. I knew it would be difficult for him to do in his first year but of course he should be able to make us great again within his second year. Right? Seems to me he has failed us again.

The President accuses the media and journalists of “false news” and attacking him but according to the Constitution, they have the obligation to inform the public of what is happening. The President accuses the press of lying when it is he who is caught lying.

The border wall funding, which from his campaign speech would be funded by Mexico, has now caused another government shutdown. If President Trump doesn’t get his way, he holds the country hostage. Is this the act of a great leader or the tantrum of a spoiled child?

From his insults and views on women to his denial of connection to Russia, to his threats of keeping the government shutdown until the wall is funded, and all the falsehoods and deceits along the way; how can we trust this man to be truly working in the best interest of the country?

Illegal immigrants have been getting into this country for centuries and they don’t all come from Mexico. America became the greatest country in the world because of the people who came and lived here. America has never lost her greatness. It was just clouded by political rhetoric.
