VA: Excellence in Cd'A

I would like to comment on a My Turn column written by Mr. Mangold recently.

My experience with the Cd’A-VA, i.e. CBOC, has been nothing but positive from the first time I walked in. I have been treated promptly and with respect. My doctor is Dr. Seely, with a very competent and caring staff that makes my visits short and pleasant, providing me with all the answers to the many questions that I may have.

As a former Navy Corpsman, I tend to evaluate the care and professionalism of the staff and I can say very confidently that my treatment has always been excellent. I have not had any problems with my prescription medications being refilled correctly and on time.

What I have learned after four heart attacks, heart bypass surgery and stage-4 prostate cancer is that treating people who take care of you with respect and humor goes a long way in the care you receive. Mr. Mangold, thank you for your service and I hope your medical concerns are taken care of.
