Amanda ‘Mandie’ Lynn (Gilbert) Huckaby, 45

Amanda “Mandie” Lynn (Gilbert) Huckaby, age 45, passed away Dec. 10, 2019, surrounded by family and friends at Sacred Heart Hospital. Mandie was born in Coeur d’Alene to Rick and Kathie Gilbert. She graduated from Post Falls High School in 1992. She had a love for animals, music and camping.

Mandie is survived by her son, Toby Huckaby; her daughter, Cassie Huckaby; brother, Rick Gilbert; grandmother, Clarisse Johnson; significant other, Dennis McIntyre; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Mandie was preceded in death by both of her parents, Rick and Kathie Gilbert; and grandparents James Johnson, Francis Fritz and Richard D. Gilbert, Sr.

The family will hold a celebration of life for Mandie at a later date.
