Generation: I am an entrepreneur and don't feel the stereotypes that normally define my generation (millennial) apply to me.

Career and community involvement: I strive to maintain a high level of integrity and set a positive example for the people I work with as well as the people I associate with in the community.

Parental status: I have been married to Emma Greensides for six years. I am the father of two awesome kids. My daughter Jenna is 4 and going to start pre-K this fall and my son Malachi is 2.

1. What exactly is fabrication, and why did you choose this career? ?Metal fabrication is the process of building equipment and structures. I chose this career field because I have a very mechanical mind and have always enjoyed designing pushing the limits of what is possible.

2. What do you find the most interesting about your occupation? ?I enjoy the new challenges that come as our business grows and the opportunities to have a positive impact on the people who work for me.

3. What is the coolest thing you've made or worked on? ?I have had the opportunity to be a part of many exciting projects, both local and worldwide, including the Innovation Den in downtown Coeur d'Alene, DIY Network's Blog Cabin project they did here in 2015 and fire fighting equipment that is used in the United States as well as all over the world.

4. What is something people would be surprised to learn about you? ?I am a dedicated triathlete and enjoy competing in the local races as well as several in other parts of the country.

5. If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and what would you do? ?I look forward to traveling with my family as my kids grow and providing them with the experience to see the great country we live in as well as travel abroad to see as many other countries as we have the oppurtunity to.
