HOUSING: Trust yourselves, Cd'A

I agree that affordable housing is important.

I worked in city government for more than 27 years and there is not a day that I am not totally impressed with how native Idahoans run their city and county government. So I would like to know why you would seek the advice of a company from out of state.

I see two red flags: No. 1 Berkeley and No. 2 California.

Yes, I lived in the San Francisco Bay area for 64 years and when it comes to housing, it is my opinion that nothing good ever comes from Berkeley or California.

Continue to trust in your good judgment. You know what is best for your city.
