TAXES: Let's act like Republicans

Property owners have paid for and maintained the infrastructure needed for our current population. Schools, police, teachers, water and the utilities to get it to their homes. New homes being built should have fees to cover the cost of additional needed infrastructure, not paid to the general fund, but a separate fund for the needed services.

We are not socialist in Idaho and believe that if you choose to live in our city, county or state, you should pay your own way. Not add cost to all residents in the form of property tax above what is needed without your addition to our community. We are a Republican state and we need to begin acting like one, even in Coeur d’Alene.
