Fu Li (Olivia) Kalter

Fu Li (Olivia) Kalter, much-loved daughter of Clay and Carolyn, and sister of Mia, left this world from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, on July 27, 2019.

An insatiable learner, Fu Li was student council president and valedictorian at Lionsgate Academy, earned an associate in biology from Minneapolis College, and was studying environmental science at North Idaho College. She volunteered at the Human Rights Education Institute (in Idaho) and Fairview Southdale Hospital (in Minnesota), and was an advocate for LGBTQ rights, veganism, inclusivity and the environment.

A celebration of life will be held at the Chalet in Theodore Wirth Park, Minneapolis, Minnesota, on Thursday, Aug. 22, 2019. The gathering will start at 2 p.m. and services at 2:30 p.m.
