Gary Ray Hutchison, 67

Gary Ray Hutchison, of Post Falls, passed from this life on Wednesday, July 31, 2019. Gary was born on July 11, 1952, in Burley, Idaho, to Duane and Jerri Hutchison. He lived on a ranch in Bridge, Idaho, until age 9, at which time they moved into Burley.

Many who knew Gary in earlier years enjoyed his quirky sense of humor. During his college years at Boise State University, he made friends easily and was often known to be the life of the party. Later, he formed many lasting friendships while working at T&R Dispensing and Bargreen-Ellingson.

Before his retirement, Gary enjoyed meeting new people as he shuttled them to and from the Spokane Airport while working for Diamond Park n’Jet.

Gary met his wife, JoAnn, while in college. They were married in 1976. Among his favorite things in life were his family, Boise State football, camping and 4-wheeling in beautiful North Idaho.

He is preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his spouse, JoAnn Hutchison; daughter, Mica (Jason) Green; son, Kyle (Maureen) Hutchison; granddaughters, Reagan, Fiona and Bella; sister Carol; niece, Canon and grand-nephew, Gunner; as well as extended family on his wife’s side.
