NATIONAL FOREST STEWARDSHIP PROJECT IDAHO PANHANDLE NATIONAL FORESTS BONNERS FERRY DISTRICT The Idaho Panhandle National Forests is soliciting proposals for Camp Stew Stewardship, which is located in Sections 25, 35, T65N, R1E, Sections 17, 19, 20, 21, 25, 30, T65N, R2E, Sections 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, 34, 3, 36, T64N, R1E, Sections 31, T64N, R2E, and Sections 1, 2, 11, 12, 13, 24 T63N, R1E, of the Boise Meridian. The Contracting Officer at Forest Supervisor's Office, 3815 Schreiber Way, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho will receive SEALED proposals until 10:00 a.m. local time on September 17, 2019. The Stewardship Project consists of an estimated 104,956 TON of Combined Softwood sawtimber and an estimated 8,659 TON of non-saw marked or otherwise designated for cutting, and specific land management activities. In addition, there is an unestimated volume of non-saw that the may be removed at the option of the purchaser. The Forest Service will evaluate proposals submitted by offerors who present a proposal according to the information found under the section in the Solicitation and Offer for Integrated Resource Contract titled "Instructions to Offerors." Evaluation factors for this project include the following criteria: price, technical approach, capability and past performance and utilization of local workforce. One award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is technically acceptable and whose technical/price relationship is the "best value" to the Government. Complete solicitation and prospectus packages may be obtained from the offices listed below. This sale contains specified roads with an estimated construction cost of $249,077.01. Offerors qualifying as "Small Business Concerns" under the Small Business Act, may elect, when submitting an offer, for the Forest Service to build permanent roads.
