Real estate agent partners with camouflage company

United Country Real Estate | Northwest Land & Lifestyle Properties in Hayden recently announced a new partnership with Realtree, a national company specializing in camouflage design, marketing and licensing. Together, the companies combined forces to create a new service called Realtree United Country Hunting Properties that will specifically cater to buyers and sellers interested in hunting, outdoor recreation and conservation properties.

The partnership and new service will provide a one-stop shop for hunters and real estate investors looking for recreational and hunting property, hunting attire and hunting property expertise.

Kautz named Life Care Center director

Life Care Center of Post Falls is welcoming a new executive director, Peter Kautz.

“Peter brings a wealth of knowledge in post-acute and long-term care, coupled with his track record of providing excellent quality care services that engages associates, families and patients in personalized experiences,” said Mikeal Pickrell, vice president of parent company Life Care Centers of America’s Frontier Region.

Kautz most recently served as CEO of Meadowbrook Rehabilitation Hospital in Gardner, Kansas. Prior to that appointment, he was assistant regional director of operations for Preferred Care Partners Managers Group. In each community where he served as administrator, his facilities earned a five-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. He has seven years of experience in senior care and was named Administrator of the Year in 2013 by the Kansas Health Care Association.

“I appreciate the opportunity to help people through what may be one of the most difficult times in their lives,” said Kautz.

Originally from the Lawrence, Kan., area, Kautz earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Kansas in Lawrence. He currently resides in Coeur d’Alene with his wife, Crystal, and two children.

Life Care Center of Post Falls, located at 460 N. Garden Plaza Drive, is one of eight skilled nursing and rehab facilities in Idaho managed by Life Care Centers of America.
