Happy egg hunting!
Get ready for this weekend’s stampede of egg hunts planned for all your favorite little some-bunnies.
Saturday, April 20
10 a.m. | Eggstravaganza! At Coeur d’Alene Church of the Nazarene, 4000 N. Fourth St. Prizes, 10,000 eggs, age specific and special needs areas.
10 a.m. | Real Life Ministries Egg Hunt at McEuen Park, 420 E. Front Ave. This annual hunt at will have bounce houses, food and so much fun for families! It is safe and designed for families with young children ages birth to 5th grade.
11 a.m. | Rathdrum Parks and Recreation at Majestic Park, 5400 W. Majestic Ave. Community hunt for all children up to age 12. Come early as the event starts promptly at 11 a.m. and parking is limited.
1 p.m. | Post Falls Parks and Recreation 2nd Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Q’emlin Park, 12201 W. Parkway Drive. This family-friendly event will include six divisions: toddlers at 1 p.m., ages 3 to 4 at 1:15 p.m., ages 5 to 7 at 1:30 p.m., ages 8 to 11 at 1:45 p.m., mobility needs (up to age 15) at 2 p.m. and special needs (up to age 15) at 2:15 p.m.
2 p.m. | Cabela’s Easter Egg Hunt, 101 N. Cabela’s Way, Post Falls. Registration will begin at 1:30 p.m. at the front of the store.
1:30 p.m. | Bikers Against Teen Addiction and Abuse annual Easter egg hunt at Stub Meyer Park, 8320 W. Fourth St., Rathdrum. There will be music and more for the kids to enjoy. Lots of fun and celebrating as a community.
Sunday, April 21
10:30 a.m. | Trinity Lutheran Church, 812 N. Fifth St., Coeur d’Alene. To celebrate Easter and the new life Jesus brought to us, all children up through 5th grade are invited to our annual Easter egg hunt.
1 p.m. | Shenanigans 7th Annual Easter Eggstravaganza, 312 E. Sherman Ave., Coeur d’Alene. Hunt for 5,000 eggs and enjoy a kids obstacle course, along with candy, balloons, gourmet popcorn and so much more. The Easter Bunny will be there for pictures. The age groups and start times are birth to 4 years at 1 p.m., ages 5 to 8 at 2 p.m. and ages 9 to 12 at 3 p.m.
1 p.m. | 15th Annual North Idaho Osprey Men’s Rugby Easter egg hunt at Fort Sherman Playground in City Park, 415 Fort Ground Drive. More than 8,000 eggs to be found. Find a golden egg and receive additional prizes. There will be designated areas by age group and Hoppy the Bunny will be there to have his picture taken!
