Best Western Plus Cd’A Inn receives Director’s Award
The Best Western Plus Coeur d’Alene Inn has received the Best Western Director’s Award, the hotel chain’s highest honor for outstanding quality standards. The Chairman’s Award recognizes Best Western hotels scoring in the top 20 percent of more than 2,100 North American properties in quality assurance scores to qualify for the distinction. This honor represents the commitment, hard work and attention to detail displayed by the hotel staff.
“We are honored to receive the Director’s Award this year, it is a testament to our hotel’s commitment to excellence. The Inn’s exceptional amenities combined with our staff’s dedication to superior service are essential to delivering an outstanding customer experience,” said President JJ Jaeger. “Our team goes the extra mile every day, and this award is a reflection of the hard work they put in to make our hotel a success and our guests happy.”
Located at 506 W. Appleway Ave. in Coeur d’Alene, the hotel features 122 rooms, an onsite restaurant and cocktail lounge, conference center, an indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness center.
Critical Power promotes Sale
Critical Power Products & Services has promoted Bryan Sale to sales manager. The company hired Sale as a project manager in March 2018.
In his new position, Sale leads a team of project managers responsible for the purchase and resale of critical power infrastructure, including new and refurbished backup power and cooling systems.
Sale previously worked at Sprint in Bellevue, Wash., where he was responsible for managing sales teams in a three-state territory.
Critical Power has hired on seven additional project managers since its move to Idaho in 2017.
