Sims, Cody L., 25, Coeur d’Alene, burglary, no bond.

Butts, Ronald J., 34, Hayden, probation violation, $50,000.

MISDEMEANORS

Malar, Douglas B., 37, Post Falls, injury to a child, $2,000.

Landrum, Daniel W., 42, De Smet, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, possession of a controlled substance, using or possessing a prescription drug, $3,000.

Larson, Thomas J., 29, Coeur d’Alene, DUI, failure to give immediate notice of an accident, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, no bond/eight days jail.

Beach, William B., 36, Spirit Lake, bypassing ignition interlocks, reckless driving, driving without privileges, $2,000.

Eden, Nathan S., 31, Coeur d’Alene, open container, driving without privileges, $2,000.
