Clarifications

There was no plea agreement in the case of Ayden M. Harden, who was sentenced to probation for lewd conduct with a minor under 16 years old. The pre-trial settlement offer allowed for attorneys to argue for a sentence. Prosecutors argued for 15 years in prison.
